Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai TV serial is getting dramatic with each passing day. While the TRPs have dropped, the makers are now serving heavy dose of drama to the fans, keeping them glued to the screens. In the recent episodes, Abhir and Charu’s extramarital affair is creating chaos. During Kaveri’s birthday bash, Abhir and Charu’s affair got exposed. Abhir is married to Kiara and this has led to tension between Poddars and Goenkas. Armaan is extremely pissed with Abhir. He is also angry at Abhira as she is supporting Abhir’s divorce plans.
In today’s episode of, we see Armaan () and Abhira () getting into an argument because of Abhir and Charu. They fight as Armaan promises to Vidya that they will break all ties with the Goenkas if Abhir divorces Kiara. Abhira argues and questions him about his decision given that he is speaking against her maternal home. Armaan asks Abhira to support him instead of her brother. In Goenka house, Kiara isn’t talking to Abhir. Manish Goenka too is showering him with taunts. Armaan then shows up with a plan. He asks Abhir to attend couple’s counselling with Kiara. Armaan also asks Abhir to go on a honeymoon with Kiara. However, Abhir refuses to all. He wants divorce and wants to lead his life with Charu. Armaan gets furious and slams him.
Meanwhile, Abhira tries to put some sense in Kiara. She tries to encourage her to divorce Abhir and get out of the toxic, loveless relationship. Armaan again gets angry at Abhira for advising Kiara for divorce. Abhir then plans to elope with Kiara.
The tension between Armaan and Abhira does not go unnoticed. Ruhi comes up with a plan. She asks them to take Daksh to a birthday party. However, while Abhira is taking care of Daksh, he gets injured. Armaan starts yelling at her again. He makes nasty remarks and says that she does not deserve to be called as Daksh’s mother.
In the precap, we see Armaan and Vidya having a conversation. He is cribbing about his wife to his mother. Vidya now turns against Abhira and wonders whether she will be careless with Pookie. Ruhi comes to Abhira’s rescue. She schools Armaan for turning Vidya against Abhira. Will Armaan realise his mistake?
