After the heinous terror attack at Pahalgam where militants killed 26 Indians and injured another 10, the Pakistan Super League will not b broadcast in India. Live streaming platform Fancode has opted to stop the live broadcast of the PSL in India, with all of the videos related to the Pakistani league missing from the website of Fancode.
An official communication from Fancode that it was stopping broadcast of the league is awaited. The platform had streamed the first 13 matches of Pakistan’s premier T20 tournament.

On Wednesday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India had also issued a statement condemning the “ghastly and cowardly” attack. India and Pakistan teams already don’t play in bilateral cricket series against each other for many years now because of terror attacks in the past.
“The cricketing community is deeply shocked and anguished by the tragic loss of innocent lives in the gruesome terror attack at Pahalgam yesterday,” BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia said in the BCCI statement. “On behalf of the BCCI, while condemning this ghastly and cowardly act with the strongest possible words, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayers for the departed souls. In sharing their pain and grief, we stand hand in hand at this hour of tragedy.”

Indian cricket legend also posted a statement on X: “Shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic attacks on innocent people in Pahalgam. The affected families must be going through an unimaginable ordeal – India and the world stand united with them at this dark hour, as we mourn the loss of lives and pray for justice.”
