Dr Dhir also states that the good news is, “adjusting your diet can help.” Eating iron-rich foods like green leafy vegetables, eggs, beans, and lean meats can . Including dairy products, nuts, and whole grains in your meals provides essential proteins, zinc, and biotin, which help your hair recover faster. Vitamin D levels can be boosted with a little sunshine exposure daily or by consulting your doctor about safe supplements. However, always check with your healthcare provider first, especially if breastfeeding.
